The 2 different reps that did talk to me were nice but the assigned associate I was booked with never made an appearance. There was no communication. My car was finished and I drove up there not realizing they were already closed. I walked with a sales person to the service area and found my keys j My car was finished and I drove up there not realizing they were already closed. I was happy that their effectiveness in time was exceptional. The only time was when the report and evaluation on my vehicle was not an agreement.
