I came in on 10/25/24 I needed an oil change. Now my car is riding bad. There was nothing said about my engine light being on. I'm not happy. I pay a lot of money for this vehicle every month. Disappointed with service response to my concerns. Initially told two hours because there were only 2 qualified EV technicians. I had my car in for a regular service and had some issues pop up afterward. I was switched to Jeff Bokhoven as my service advisor and he made me feel heard and made sure everything was taken care of at no ex pop up afterward. Just got 4 new tires 1 month ago. Took my car in with low tire pressure and was told nothing was wrong and it was given back to me.
