Oil change took almost 5 hours with an appointment. I was told there was a shuttle to help me commute, found out when I dropped the car off that was a lie. Made an appointment ahead of time and arrived 20 minutes early but still had to wait for 2 hours. Very nice staff. The only thing I say that can improve is that to inform the customer about the prices of the services and what is cover by the warranty and not.
