They broke my key fob and never told me about it until I asked why I got an automated email for parts ordered under my name. Also, charged me the disposal fee for just an inspection. Finally, the service department hardly ever answered the phone. When I went in person they had so many calls waiting and they were never a priority. More

Customer service rep was rude. Employees are extremely unprofessional.
