I made an appt for my tire to get fix and a cover underneath the car that came off . Well, neither were fixed but I did get an oil change I don’t ask for . I go out to my car and the driver has no idea what I’m asking and we both look under the car and the panel is still hanging and the nail in my tire is still in the tire . So I’m paying extra warranty for them to do as they please ?! I go back in and the guy says , “oh well that’s coming out of pocket for you 350.00 because it’s not included “ I’m like you didn’t explain anything to me when I first came in here and now you want to charge me ?! It was very unprofessional place. I got there 15 mins early for my appt and waited 2.5 hrs and no one talked to me about my car . More

This Dealership came through when it came to my second hand car having 3 Recalls! I bought the car with only about 37,000 miles on it, so it was such a relief they they honored the recalls! Had a 4:30 pm appointment for oil change and tire rotation, nothing major. They tried to get me to bring it in earlier...I couldn't due to work. It was clear to me they were annoyed about it. Supposedly they did a tire rotation but I left with one tire at 25psi another at 29psi and the other two at 30 psi. I had to pull into gas station to add air. Since then my car pulls to the right and vibrates when I drive above 35 mph! Not the first time I have had issues with their service department. Taking it to Courtesy Hyundai since they have better reviews. More
