The team at the Service Center is fantastic. My only issue is that this dealership is still under construction and is a complete mess to maneuver. It fell short of my expectations for Hyundai. You have to wait in the car outside until an advisor comes to you, which was about 15 minutes later than my scheduled time. The service tracker doesn’t really work and although service was quicker than the estimate they provided me, I did not feel like I was fully made aware of what exactly was done to my car to have my issue resolved. Not really a place to sit for service center customers. Took 2 1/2 hours to rotate tires. But they did do this for me at no cost. Jennifer was very friendly and they seemed organized.
