Subpar service. No communication. Made an appointment only to be told a week later there were 3 cars ahead of us. So what was the point of making the appointment to No communication. Picked up the car after two weeks and now have to take it back because the engine light came back on the 3 hours after pick up which was the reason we took it there to begin with. Good job! More

You can’t get through on the phone and the appointment scheduling is terrible. The saving grace of the facility was Brian Guber who jumped in when my original service manager dropped the ball. Received an oil change. That required me to on the way home approximately 120 miles from Brandon in Vero at a Shell gas station because the low oil notification icon. After waiting another 2.5 hrs to be towed to another Hyundia dealership for assistance which was about 1.2 miles down the road. Having them fix the issue by correcting how simple parts were installed. A Supposedly short ride home after a week in training in Tampa turned into an all day excursion into the world of Quality vs no quality…not a great day. It’s a shame because the Hyundia Santa FE desert more. It’s a quality automobile and I’m honoreded to own one. Oh by the way Route 60 asked me to mail you a copy or the bill.
