Knowing my concerns made sure my car was looked out and took car off the recalls while I was there t the same day knowing how important it was to me. Brandon Hyundai has some of the worst service I have ever recieved. I had to bring my car to their service center 3 times after an accident and everytime they fixed the first issue they damaged something el recieved. I had to bring my car to their service center 3 times after an accident and everytime they fixed the first issue they damaged something else. They blamed all the new issues on “wear and tear” yet they have 0 documentation of the damage prior to the accident. I brought my car to them after my accident and they seemed to miss my transmission was damaged even though the car was leaking transmission fluid. After they fixed my transmission they messed up the wiring in my car so now my dashboard is lit up like a christmas tree. I brought a warranty for my car through them yet they always seem to neglect that fact. So, everytime my car has an issue I have to argue with a service advisor about the fact that I have an extended warranty on my car. They have made my experience of owning my first car horrendous. The only thing I have to loom forward too us paying the car off so I never have to deal with them again. More

When visiting for service lately I feel like the next number in line, not customer with a genuine concern or need for service. Most recently I had an emergency concern. It’s impossible to schedule an appointment for an emergency. I was offered an appointment for the following week because since I did not have an appointment for my emergency, my car wouldn’t start and I drove to Hyundai after receiving assistance from AAA roadside service.Upon arriving before 11:00 am I was told that they may not be able to attend my vehicle the same day and no loaner vehicle was available. If I knew I was going to have an emergency with my vehicle I would have scheduled an appointment ahead of time. I felt a genuine lack of concern. I realize that any service department gets busy, but simply acknowledging a customer’s presence goes a long way. See me but don’t see me. The initial few seconds sets the tone for my visit and experience. Just did what needed to be done, nothing more. I only use the location because of convenience. Been a Hyundai customer since 2016. Customer service has declined ever since. More
