My car was the first one taken back at 7:30 am for a dead battery. I told the service man that I needed to go to work that day and he said my car also was due for an oil change and tire rotation, and that it battery. I told him that was fine. I waited in the customer lounge and right around 9:00, he showed me a piece of paper saying my car needed to run for an hour and then have their test repeated. I said that was ok so I continued to wait. Other customers were offered newspapers and rides to their homes or places of work. My agent never mentioned that there was a shuttle available. I asked him at 11:00-ish if there was an update for my car and he said that the battery needed to be changed. Well, no kidding!!! I said that when I arrived! I told him to go ahead and replace the battery and immediately called to be picked up by my spouse. I left around 11:30 am and did not hear a status from the service agent until I called close to 2:00 pm and asked for an update. The guy who answered the phone (not my agent) checked and said that my car was ready. My service agent did not communicate effectively or give me the option of taking a shuttle to work. More

Received a notice my car was done from service department!! It wasn't. Told to sit and wait another 35 minutes looking at-my own car-which was sitting there with the keys in it. Had a pretty bad experience. Arrived early for my appointment and asked for shuttle service. My services told me the time that they leave and told me I could sit while I wait.
