WORST DEALERSHIP I’VE EVER BEEN TO, I’ve owned my first vehicle since 18 years old Chevrolet Camaro my experience was good and didn’t have no issues with my vehicle until I was at about 90k miles and the c vehicle since 18 years old Chevrolet Camaro my experience was good and didn’t have no issues with my vehicle until I was at about 90k miles and the customer service I received was always immaculate now I’m not sure what’s going on but the service provided by these 2 dealers were extremely terrible. My partners vehicle was sent to this dealership and let me tell you, all it did was bring her tears and frustration. She lives 40 minutes away and has been relying on Lyfts until her car was taken care of. Due to the lack of communication from this dealership ( Chas ) Service advisor and ( Michael ) service director, she went down to the dealership after work just for them to give the directors number who didn’t help so more of a waste of time and money. So now her car has been sitting at the dealership for about a week and when they finally take a look at the car which she told them not to anymore, they still didn’t reach out to her she received a email of a quote for $2,000, and they don’t have the piece so she has to wait another 7 days with no loaner only option was a rental at hertz and she has to be 25 ( she’s 23 ) I told her to take her business elsewhere that would at least value her as a Hyundai customer. She called another Hyundai they will fix the immobilizer within 2 days for way less than what Brandon Hyundai quoted her. She got the vehicle towed. The service director still charged her $228 for the diagnostic after Brandon Honda did the diagnosis and sent the vehicle to them. ** she purchased vehicle 4 months ago, keyfob battery died and cause all of this ** moral of my post STAY AWAY FROM THE 2 dealerships BRANDON HYUNDAI BRANDON HONDA More

I brought my vehicle into the dealership for spark plug replacement, fuel induction service, and mulit-point inspection. I picked my car up around 3:30pm. I drove a block and half and my car cut off in the replacement, fuel induction service, and mulit-point inspection. I picked my car up around 3:30pm. I drove a block and half and my car cut off in the middle of the street and won't start. I called the dealership and they said they couldn't do anything until I got the car back to the dealership. I waited 2.5 hours for a tow truck to tow me a block and half back to the dealership which was closed. The next day the service technician called and informed me that I had a bad battery and it wasn't charging. I stated that I had no issues with the battery prior to your technician working on my car. I don't believe in coincidences. The technician did something to my vehicle which caused the battery to stop charging. The service rep informed me that I would have to purchase a new battery. I took my vehicle across town to the other Hyundai dealership and I was informed that I needed new tires. Brandon Hyundai did not inform me of this as part of their multi-point inspection. This is one of many issues that I have experienced with this dealership. I was having issues with my forward avoidance system. A service rep told me I needed a new grill. I paid over $1K for the grill and labor and it didn't fix the issue. I will be traveling the extra 30 minutes and taking my vehicle across town to be service henceforth. More
