I was denied any type of repair or service test to confirm the issue. Was told via text to contact Hyundai directly. Overall, I’ll never own another Hyundai or anything related to their brand again. I had to drive 25+miles to go to this dealership because the dealership a mile away from my house could not service my vehicle within 4 months! More

I brought my car in needing a battery replacement. It took them 4 1/2 days and almost $400 just to replace the battery. During the service, they lied and told that my engine belt was cracked and neede It took them 4 1/2 days and almost $400 just to replace the battery. During the service, they lied and told that my engine belt was cracked and needed to be replaced. That belt had been replaced by that same dealership the previous month when the engine was replaced. They also lied and said the front brakes needed to be replaced even though that same dealership did a brake clean and adjust two weeks prior and the pads were 8mm and 10mm and not close to needing replacement. I purchased my car new from this dealership when they were under the previous ownership and always had good experiences. There is no excuse for the new owners to allow the service department to attempt to steal money from their customers. I can no longer trust this dealership and will not do business with them in the future. More
