I knew the wait was long, which was fine. After two hours, i was told my car was ready but needed two patches and they took an 1hr and 30 mins to do that. I waited over 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. What is the point of scheduling a service appointment if I have to wait more than 1 hour.
