My previous experience here was absolutely horrible! I waited for almost 5 hours in the showroom while pregnant just for the service center to replace 1 tire! I had booked that appointment a month in ad I waited for almost 5 hours in the showroom while pregnant just for the service center to replace 1 tire! I had booked that appointment a month in advance! The entire 5 hours I was given ridiculous excuses after excuse! When I came to get the car serviced this past weekend I explained to the advisor Jeffrey that I do not want to wait another 5 hours off a 20 min at the most service. Jeffrey was absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for a more attentive and well managed advisor! More

Total chaos, made an appt for 10a. Got there a little before that and got in line, they took my info then pulled my car up and it sat in the same spot for over a hour.
