First time there, not impressed. I was told 2 hours for an oil change and it was 3 1/2 hours???? I was able to change my appointment to a day early and fortunately I still had Abel Gomez as my service advisor. I requested to have Abel since he was able to solve an ongoing issue I had with my Santa Fe fortunately I still had Abel Gomez as my service advisor. Yesterday I brought my Tucson in for an oil change and Abel was professional as usual and had my vehicle ready and washed within a short period of time.
