Donnie was my advisor and his communication was nonexistent. I was the one having to call and check on my vehicle. My car went in on Saturday and I told him I needed it back by Tuesday by 1pm at th nonexistent. I was the one having to call and check on my vehicle. My car went in on Saturday and I told him I needed it back by Tuesday by 1pm at the latest. My car was not ready by that time and Donnie did not follow up and communicate the delay with me. When I called to find out why it wasn't ready I talked to Dave because Donnie was at lunch and when I asked why I wasn't given an update Dave snapped back at me telling me "I guess Donnie just shouldn't eat!" Worst customer service ever. Mario helped me 2 weeks prior and was wonderful, communicated multiple times during my service. Mario ended up helping fix this issue when I went to the dealership. More
Staff friendly, however my car was returned in worse running condition than I dropped it off in. And chief complaint/issue was “not duplicated”, but I found the same exact issue the next day after picki running condition than I dropped it off in.
