I would really like to give this service center 5 stars. But a simple oil change that was only supposed to take 30 minutes to an hour, took almost 4 hours and I was almost late picking up my son from school But a simple oil change that was only supposed to take 30 minutes to an hour, took almost 4 hours and I was almost late picking up my son from school. This location needs to work on their check in process for the service center. Any associate should be allowed to check in the customer. It makes absolutely no sense to have to be checked in by your assigned the service center. Any associate should be allowed to check in the customer. Getting an automated answering service when trying to reschedule was very frustrating. Recommend getting rid of this service and hiring additional people to answer the phones.
