First day they told me they had all the parts. Over 6 hours later they told me they didn't. They did give me a rental car, but when I went back the next day my car still wasn't ready. On Saturday they still wanted to keep the car, but I said no. They did find some parts under warranty (and a recall) which I appreciated. Someone did not check my windshield wiper fluid. It was empty when I got there, and empty when I left. The person who checked me out, when I asked if it had been filled, he assured me that fluid levels were always checked--not this time!' More

I went on knowing I would need new brakes. But I wasn’t expecting them to cost $1200. Mario was very polite and courteous. Of course I didn’t get it done. I would recommend the service department, however I would never recommend the sales department. The sales department was extremely pushy and tried to charge me 3K over what I ultimately purchased my car for never recommend the sales department.
