I think the construction is a huge dilema that keeps this facility from being its best. I completely understand that’s not their fault. but if i knew that i would have been at the dealer shift for 5 hours fo facility from being its best. I completely understand that’s not their fault. but if i knew that i would have been at the dealer shift for 5 hours for an oil change, i would have went home enjoyed my day and considered giving this a better rating. the estimate was 2 hours, and they didn’t even utilize the status link to keep me updated. it’s clear that they overbooked and had to squeeze me in cause the man next to me came hours later than me and still left before me.
