Shuttle was an hour long wait so I had to call an Uber to run errands. I would have sat at the dealership but I had things to do and plus, they took away any comfortable seating they had and no options for c run errands. Normally this service department does a fairly good job. Sadly this day was not one of those. Even though I had a schedule appointment the wait time for check in was all most a full hour. Eventually I received a text message from my service advisor with a link for following my vehicle service process. When I first check the link it showed vehicle was in check in status. After two hours it showed check in completed, but never showed any progress after xx in. I finally texted the service advisor for an update. Eventually after almost three hours I received a text that vehicle service was complete. I then checked the follow your vehicle service status again and it still showed no forward progress. When my vehicle was brought up for me it had a lot of bird mess on it, apparently it had been sitting outside for awhile. I understand this dealership is going through new construction pains so would expect some issues associated with that. I have given these guys high ratings in the past, but the process today was not a quality visit. More
