Little care is given for the quality of the work done by this location. The repairs are good but often the other service is ignored. Spent 2-1/4 hrs to get an oil change. I didn't receive answers I asked initially. Signed multiple papers without answers to my questions. No restroom facility for disabled customer. Based on my most recent series of interactions at Brandon Hyundai, if “zero stars” was an option on this review, that is what I would give them. They have left me on hold for obnoxious lengths of time, and have told me on three separate occasions that they would call me back as soon they had an answer to my service question, but they have not yet called me back. I’ve had to call them back each time and explain the entire situation, from the beginning, repeatedly. In February, the “Check Forward Collision Avoidance Assist System” Malfunction Light illuminated on my 2021 Elantra. I took it to Brandon Hyundai to be repaired. After having my car for the whole day, they said that they reset the sensor, but if the WARNING came on again, I should bring it back in, and they would have to replace the radar. Less than a week later, the WARNING came on again, so I called Brandon Hyundai, explained the situation, made an appointment, and took it back for repair on March 29th. They held on to my car for six hours, after which they told me they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t have the required parts, even though this was discussed when I made the appointment. They then said they would order the parts and call me back when they had them and were ready to schedule an appointment. Three weeks went by, and I hadn’t heard from Brandon Hyundai, so I called them for an update and was told I would receive a call back that day but I received no call back. Another week went by and I call back only to be told after being placed on hold for a very long time that they still had not yet ordered the required parts but that they would call me back as soon as they ordered them so that I could make an appointment. They never called me back. Two days later (today), I called back again and had to explain the entire situation again, only to be told they will call me back before they closed. They are now closed, and nobody called me back. Hence, I am leaving this review. I simply want to get my car fixed, but I am getting the extreme run-around from this Dealership. Very Unhappy. More

The service center took over 3 hours for an oil change. I was early for my 2pm appointment and waited over 3 hours. When I asked how long it will take as it was now 5pm I was told it would be another 20 mi I was early for my 2pm appointment and waited over 3 hours. Took over 3 hours for an oil change! I called 3 times and each time I requested a call back yet they still didn’t call back after multiple requests. I received an email from them stating my appt was cancelled and when I called they just said they’d call back to confirm. No response after that. Plus you can’t even get your car detailed cause it’s still not built! Absolutely horrible experience at both this one AND Wesley Chapel. Definitely not making the Hyundai brand look good. More
