Made appointment for routine maintenance arrived and was told they might not get to it were morning drop offs ahead of mine .question why have me make an appointment then inform me better to drop of same da told they might not get to it were morning drop offs ahead of mine .question why have me make an appointment then inform me better to drop of same date am.?would have just dome that 3 weeks prior to appointment. Appointment took 4 hrs .no car wash or vac .but thankfully Juan gave me a coupon for the car wash down the street .I feel if someone takes the time to make an appointment they should be seen before sameday drop off. Hopefully u will iron out all these rinkles when construction is done. More
