I would give a 5 ⭐ review but it is confusing getting in and out. Everyone was super nice and although they had technical issues from the day before they were able to get me taken care of despite being ove and out. Everyone was super nice and although they had technical issues from the day before they were able to get me taken care of despite being overbooked. The gentleman who greeted me was very nice sorry not sure of his name.Abel & crew took a complete inspection and was able to fix my sensors under warranty and fix recall issue. I would also say you are going to need a bigger sign. You're difficult to see from the road. More
The service lasted longer than I was told, but everyone was very courteous and helpful. The shuttle service was pleasant both to and fro. Overall, on a scale of 1 to 100, you guys were a 99. I had an appt for 3 recalls car was there 3 hrs and service not done. When I returned for pick up is when I was told I'll need to make another appt for recalls and one being engine related and was told service not done. When an appointment was made and I made arrangements with my busy schedule and not one recall was addressed is very discouraging to say the least. I was not impressed with the service department or the lack of communication that the recalls were not addressed as I waited over 3 hours. Of note I also had an oil change as I was told all services would be completed in 2-3 hours which wasn't the case. Poor service compared to Tampa Hyundai More
