As a walk-in, it was great because they got my car back to me in less than 24 hours, and the shuttle is great feature. Just something as simple as “hey you didn’t qualify” or “let’s move forward” honestly would’ve sufficed. Overall experience was great, would definitely recommend the garage there. More
I went with no appointment just for an oil change at 10 am and many people was coming in for the Same thing and they were out within and hour or two. I complained at 12:30 pm and come to find out my car wa am and many people was coming in for the Same thing and they were out within and hour or two.
