The person receiving the cars in line was extremely rude. It took 45 minutes to check in and leave my car. Then when picking up my car the advisor Abel ignored me. I was there for 2. 5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, warranty claim, and safety recalls. Only the oil change was completed in that time. I have never had to wait 5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, warranty claim, and safety recalls. Only the oil change was completed in that time.
