I was unhappy with my service. I brought my car in for a recall and it turned out the recall had already been fixed, but the indicator on the dash was never reset. Then, I returned a separate day for another issue (bad alignment). I waited about 2 hours, which I was fine with since I didn’t have an appointment. However, when I got the service done, I asked if I could get a second recall looked at but was told that I’d have to come back. Then, upon driving home, I realized the alignment hadn’t really even been repaired. I live too far from the dealership to keep making trips there so I’ve just accepted my alignment will be off, and I got the other recall taken care of at another dealership. Additionally, I was told neither service nor sales would cover the bubbly back window tinting, poor rear driver side speaker, and scratch on the front passenger’s side door, despite buying this allegedly “CPO” vehicle just a couple weeks prior.
