Last two times I took my car for service they didn’t do the tire rotation. First time I took it back so they can do it the second time I didn’t have time to take it back to complete the tire rotation. I ma the tire rotation. I went in for a service and a sales person wanted to go over details regarding trade. I just wanted to get a quick rundown maybe a brochure and it ended up being an aggressive attempt to put me in a vehicle I was never interested in purchasing. Overall, a terrible deal and the main reason why I was hesitant about bring my vehicle here. I was generalized and felt like I was being taken advantage of because the appraisal was a lot lower than what my car is worth in this market. Even the numbers they ran were presented in a way the was “close” to my current payment but none of it was based on my actual financial preferences. I felt like I was in a shark tank. I said no way too many times to three different people. It was too much. More
