Last two times I took my car for service they didn’t do the tire rotation. First time I took it back so they can do it the second time I didn’t have time to take it back to complete the tire rotation. I ma the tire rotation. Its like the mechanics are rushing thru services. This is frustrating. Looking for another dealer now to do my service From now on. Brandon Hyundai has gone downhill recently. The staff was nice and the service was quick. They even checked everything I had concerns about outside of my scheduled service. My only complaint with my actual service is that the driver side floor wasn’t protected and it was left pretty dusty. My car was dirtier when I left then when I arrived. I went in for a service and a sales person wanted to go over details regarding trade. I just wanted to get a quick rundown maybe a brochure and it ended up being an aggressive attempt to put me in a vehicle I was never interested in purchasing. Overall, a terrible deal and the main reason why I was hesitant about bring my vehicle here. I was generalized and felt like I was being taken advantage of because the appraisal was a lot lower than what my car is worth in this market. Even the numbers they ran were presented in a way the was “close” to my current payment but none of it was based on my actual financial preferences. I felt like I was in a shark tank. I said no way too many times to three different people. It was too much. More
