My daughter had damaged her tire late at nigh person like Faten Thank you so much Faten for the great service that you performed on my daughters car. My daughter had damaged her tire late at night and we contact Faten she made arrangement for the car to be towed and picked up at zero cost utilizing Hyundai roadside assistance and the tire warranty that we had purchased. Had to bring my vehicle back to repair an interior leak, supposedly from the sunroof. Still is leaking. Now car is smelling musty. When I message the advisor, I get no response. I do not get a return call. I am trying to set up for drop off and service vehicle. This has been unsuccessful for the past few weeks. I'm so frustrated that I called another local dealership so that Icould finally get the issue resolved, but the appt is over a month away and I will not be provided with a service vehicle/rental. I have a full-time job and a toddler in daycare. I cannot go without a vehicle. I am frustrated that the leak has not been fixed after w attempts and I feel like I am being brushed off by the dealership now. My vehicle is just over a year old and has not been in any accidents. I've opened the sunroof less than 5 times. More
