The construction at that location is horrible! I made an appointment for an oil change 2 weeks in advance. Took 1/2 hour for anyone to check me in. I got a text with a video a couple hours later which was great, but then couldn’t get anyone to text me back for 2 more hours, even though the original text said I could. I then called and another 1/2 hour later got called back. So total of like 5 hours for just an oil change! More
