I was very disappointed. I had an appointment for 9:00 a.m.. My car wasn't taken back to work on until 11:00 a.m. i was told that they had to finsh the cars ahead of me. I understand that if there are people with appointments before mine they should be done first. Something should be some way that it can be made to work sooner. I had to ask what was taking so long. That person went out of the room, came back telling me that I was next. Took about 35 minutes. That was good. More

During my visit, I was there for three hours waiting. I do understand it was my choice because I had no other choice but I waited three hours and they did not even offer to vacuum or wash the car after t I do understand it was my choice because I had no other choice but I waited three hours and they did not even offer to vacuum or wash the car after the service. I understand the location is under renovations but with the service being during the middle of construction.. I have white dust in my car from movement in and out. I previously was at Lakeland Hyundai and they handled the oil change and then also washed/vacuumed out the car before dropping it back off. I just was not impressed with the service after the service. More
