My car sat for 7 weeks and 5 days while we were told they were waiting for a response from corporate. They never contacted corporate and were caught lying about it when we called corporate ourselves. They tried to exploit my position by charging the highest possible prices and trying to get me to "trade in on a new purchase". When corporate intervened, they tried to charge a diagnostic fee, which had already been taken care of. In the end, I received no support, was deceived, was left with no communication as the did not return calls, and was without a car for almost 2 months. I now have a car not worth the tires they sit on, they still have refused to contact corporate, and the lack of customer care has never been more apparent. Don't use Brandon Hyundai. More
Went in for first service. I own a 2016 Hyundai Sonata, the best and my forever car. I have received excellent service from Brandon Hyundai and my Service Advisor- Abel is the best! Grease left on my seat so not happy. Was dark when I picked up car so didn’t see it until I used my car two days later. Video from mechanic is a nice touch but can’t communicate with him unless you go to service desk to approve any extra repair. People were very nice but communication was absent left sitting in the trailer due to renovations. I have had better experiences there hope it’s just Reno issues. Any ideas how to get the grease out of my seat would be appreciated. More
Big thanks to Faten Dik who was instrumental in me getting my services done the same day as I did not have any other transportation. She explained everything to me and I really appreciated her help. The overall wait time was long but she explained the reason so I was thankful for that . I really commend her highly and I will ask for her in the future if I do need any other services done. I can’t recall the name of the tech who did the work. The tech number is 24536. I think he did a great job. My car seems to be running better and the air in the car feels fresher. More
