I try to like going to this place, but every time I am there it gets worse. My appointment was for 9:30 AM. I arrived at 9:20 AM and checked in. I was notified at approximately 1110 that the alignment I had requested and had paid a lifetime alignment fee at another Hyundai dealer would not be honored at this dealer then my car was taken back to the shop I Events on my car in the parking lot at 11:45 a.m. and at 12:15 PM I texted my advisor inquiring whether my service was completed. She then texted me that it was completed. I went to the office to get my car and retrieve the keys when I got to my car I open the door and the floormat was covered with white dirt, I understand that they have construction there, but they did not cover my seats nor my floor mats prior to taking it back to service my vehicle. I then removed my floormat and shook it out in the parking lot and wiped down the steering wheel and the seat, and then I departed. When I got home, I received an email at approximately 1:30 PM that I had missed my scheduled appointment. I tried to reply, but it did bounce back to me. Really unacceptable for the whole thing. Spending three hours to get an oil change, and the customer service was subpar at best. More

I have had very poor experiences with Brandon Hyundai. About a year ago I made an appointment for a simple oil change. I showed up on time and gave them my vehicle. After 1.5 hours I noticed that my vehicle was not moved. I went to talk to them and they gave some excuses as to why it was going to take longer. I told them I wanted to leave. Two or three employees were baffled and couldn’t figure out what to do with my invoice. Finally after 10-15 minutes one guy said to print a zero ticket and allow me to leave. Genius On July 2 I took my daughters 2021 Elantra in. All the warning lights on the dashboard were lite up and the radio and back up camera did not work. I consulted the owners manual and it suggested that I take it to a dealer. I took it I and after a few days they said the back up camera was bad. They would need to order one. After severalmonth or more they finally got the camera in but after they installed it they determined the entertainment system was the problem. They needed to order one. After a month or so they finally received the part. My daughter called and made an appointment on November 18. A day before her appointment her boyfriend’s car was having some problems and he would not be able to provide her with a ride. She called to cancel her appointment and rescheduled for December 12. A week later the dealer called to inform us that we had missed our appointment. I explained that we had rescheduled the appointment. Then a few days later they sent her a message saying that they returned the part. We both have tried to reschedule the appointment and insure that they would have the replacement entertainment system. We have not had much success speaking to appropriate service personnel. I called seeking a service manager and requested a call back but after 10 days no one has called. Very poor customer service and communication. Over five months and no repair. How could I recommend them. I have had better results at New Port Richey. Bradenton and Wesley Chapel. Brandon is the worst More
I give this 5 stars only because of Mike, the new service manager. I brought my car in 3 times for the same issue. Mike took the time to test drive it before and after the service to make sure it was fixed manager. I brought my car in 3 times for the same issue.
