I had an appointments at 1:30 for oil change I ended up waiting over three hours for an oil change. Maybe you shouldn’t schedule everyone for the same appointment times if you can’t handle the volume. Very frustrating to have to wait three hours for a literally a 15 minute oil change when I had an Appointment! This delay me from picking up my kids and affected my plans for the evening because I didn’t leave until 4:30 or so. More
