I had an appointments at 1:30 for oil change I ended up waiting over three hours for an oil change. I was quoted two hours on arrival and I stated I had an appointment and was told so does everyone else. A waiting over three hours for an oil change. After 1.5 hrs and seeing my car was still in the same spot I left it with 4 cars in front I texted my advisor. No response so I called. At 2.5 hrs again no movement in my car and called number. Maybe you shouldn’t schedule everyone for the same appointment times if you can’t handle the volume. Very frustrating to have to wait three hours for a literally a 15 minute oil change when I had an Appointment! This delay me from picking up my kids and affected my plans for the evening because I didn’t leave until 4:30 or so. More
