I was not pleased when I first pulled into the service area. Several employees were playing and one kept walking in front of my car as I was trying to pull in. He came out and we discussed the situation. I left the car for diagnostic evaluation and waited for information. Chad was quite communicative on the issue and status. The mechanic worked diligently to get my car fixed so I could head out of town. I truly appreciate the time and efforts that Chad and the mechanic put into correcting the issues! More

I always go back to Brandon Hyundai because of the people that work there. Especially Abel, he is very professional and very helpful.
