very disappointed in the dealership as a whole. Had numerous issues when we purchased our sante fe with extended warranty and still dealing with it every time I bring it in. Last time I was there I Had numerous issues when we purchased our sante fe with extended warranty and still dealing with it every time I bring it in. Last time I was there I was relaxing in the trailer when Fred came to see me. I told him it would not be worth either of our time to try and get us into a 2023 for him to say that I don’t know that for sure. I joked and said yes I do. Because in order to do it the only way we would be if our payments didn’t change, we would get the full extended warranty that we have and possibly we would be ok to add 1 more year to payments!! But even if they would do that would need to talk to my husband. He said he would email me with offer. I said don’t bother unless it’s what I told him what we would do. Needless to say I never heard from him! I did address with him the issue with service not recognizing our warranty every time I came in and I’m also not sure if the interior fabric protection was even done correctly because we were never called to take it anywhere? So I thought it was just the kit we were given , but that is not taking out a stain we have!!! So I said he could look into that for me or have someone else and of course heard nothing, so he really did waste 5 minutes of my time!!! More
