I took my suv here because the check engine light came on. I purchased this suv not even a whole year ago. Along with the best warranty available. I was told it was my transmission….They put in a remanufa on. I purchased this suv not even a whole year ago. Along with the best warranty available. I was told it was my transmission….They put in a remanufactured transmission and now my car is driving and sounding worse then it was when I initially dropped it off with the supposed “bad transmission” They Mike and Nathaniel don’t seem to really care to figure out the problem Nathaniel advised me that he heard the noise and didn’t know where it came from so I took my car back again and the SAME DAY I figured out where the noise was coming from and now I have to bring my car back YET AGAIN ! So apparently you as the customer have to do the work for them. I actually HATE THIS PLACE ! Brian is was nice he’s done the best he can! The other guy they fired I have this issue Everytime I come I have to come back multiple times for them to figure out what the problem is More

Show room under construction. Took 40 minutes after my appointment time before my car was taken in for service. Air pressure in tires not checked and a week into my road trip to Midwest two left tire sensors went off. All tires needed nitrogen added to them. Abel was professional with his part of the process. Two hours and 45 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment is excessive to me. Thanks More

Your staff in the service area, Jasmine & Abel were very helpful. I appreciated the explanation about the length of time it was going to take to do an oil change & tire rotation. This should not have taken more than 90 minutes maximum. It took over 3 HOURS. But at least I knew why. My thanks to service staff. More

After getting the run around for the longest time with my car, my car was returned to me sounding worse than when I first brought it in. The service manager never bothered to at least call and explain the si car, my car was returned to me sounding worse than when I first brought it in. The service manager never bothered to at least call and explain the situation that happened with my car or what the plan was to at least fix it. At least the workers there were nice and tried to be accomodating but my car sounds worse off. I won’t even bother complaining to them because their answer will be that they do not know and are not responsible for it. Not even worth fighting anymore. This was mentally exhausting. More
