Brandon Hyundai - Service Center

I have had my Sonata for over 2 years and I have yet to have a positive experience. I had a 9:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I got there at 9:15 and was told that it would be 2 hours befo have a positive experience. I had a 9:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Then I was informed that I had 3 recalls on my car and that they would have to be done before my car could be serviced. Why wasn’t this addressed when I made the appointment? I was then told it would take a total of three hours. Four hours later, I got my car. More

Because of the ongoing construction, it was not a suitable service center. You had to walk & drive through muddy roads on uneven walkways. Not safe for the customers who chose to wait & were not suitable service center. You had to walk & drive through muddy roads on uneven walkways. This was the 1st time we used this dealership & will most likely be the last time. More

The service took over 5 hours when I was advised it would take 3 hours. Also the technician forgot to properly attached the cover for the oil pan and it became detached, dragging under my car - which require take 3 hours.
