They are under construction so things are a mess to say the least. The 3rd party making appointments for the service department doesn't know what they're doing. Sat outside just a few feet from the service dept and when my car was done the service guy sent a text to the wrong telephone number, I had to walk inside to find out my car was done and had been done fo when my car was done the service guy sent a text to the wrong telephone number, I had to walk inside to find out my car was done and had been done for over an hour, the service guy couldn’t be bothered to step outside to let me know. I won’t be back to this dealership for service, gettle Hyundai is just as far away and much nicer. They are more difficult to schedule with but it’ll be worth it to not go back to Brandon Hyundai More

Great at taking appointments however uses excuses that short handed. They know how many techs they have. Make appointments that actually match their availability. No one seemed to know anything about my coverage and constantly had to be reminded that car is under front to back warranty. Received car back and still quite not right but I'm werry about ever bringing my car to this dealership. Second car purchased here but after having to deal with their service department I will definitely consider elsewhere. More
