Upon my first need for warranty work, I found out this warranty was only an extension of the regular warranty plus gap insurance, so the stain in my headliner from a sunroof leak is not covered. During the service for this leak, the service department t fixed the leak on the first day. But due to the stain wanted to see if they could help get it cleared up. The warranty person was out for the week, but the service department t waited 4 days to let me know and that I could pick up my vehicle. I called 4 or 5 times to talk to my service adviser and left messages without ever receiving g a return call. I even left 2essages for service managers and never got a return call. This is the same ki d of treatment I got from lakeland Hyundai with my previous vehicle and will never bit another car from either dealership. More

I am unhappy with the fact that I asked for an oil leak to be checked, and I was told no issues. As soon as I get home, I continue to leave puddles of oil in my garage. My oil change was scheduled for 11, I came in at 10:30, was told it would be 3 hours. Not a problem until after 3 hours I tried to call and text to see how long, no one responded to me, came back to the de was told it would be 3 hours. Not a problem until after 3 hours I tried to call and text to see how long, no one responded to me, came back to the dealership for them to just be taking my car back at the 4 hour mark and tell me they only had two technicians, which, had I known in the beginning would have planned my time differently. After 4.5 hours I finally got my car, a sad excuse for an apology, was late picking my kid up from school since I live in st Pete. Also, since it’s being renovated they have chairs for you to sit in the 90 degree weather outside. I won’t be back. More
