The service depth called me abd told me they had narrowed down the probllen through error codes. They communicated that the part needed to be shipped in and gave me date when they estimated it would be ready down the probllen through error codes. You replaces my engine quickly which was very much appreciated. Called this morning at 9:20 because there is a distinct gas smell and customer rep said she would make it a priority call. The main reason why I went to the dealer is because my car has been making a very loud sound for the past 2 or 3 months that continues every time I start the car. The day I went to the dealer I was greete car has been making a very loud sound for the past 2 or 3 months that continues every time I start the car. The day I went to the dealer I was greeted by Faten Dik, I explained to her my concern about the sound coming from the car which is something the car was not doing before. After I explained that to her, she came outside with me to see if she could hear the sound and she did. After that, my car spent the night in the dealer and they checked it out next day. Around 4pm I got a call from Faten saying that the maintenance people were not able to hear the sound. For some reason I thought the car did stop making the sound and I was happy about that, but that same day when I go pick up my car around 6:20pm the car was still making the sound! I just do not understand how the maintenance people were not able to hear this very different sound coming from the car and I was as soon as I picked it up. More
Not very good customer service - except Jasmine the other guy was awful. The parts guy said bring in the car you have a warranty on the tire will exchange it- after 4 hours of nothing we were told we can’t f guy was awful. We were never told that by the parts dept he said bring it in will replace it. They ended up replacing it after my wife told the guy on the phone that’s not an option to bring it back - then miraculously he went back in and they found a leak then said I’m done for the day - Jasmine will take it from here . She was excellent. This is the 3 Hyundai we bought - when you come into the showroom 10 people rush over to help sell you a car, but when you need help to fix something you get a run around. My wife was transferred to 4 people and three phone calls before she could talk to anyone - we will never buy another car from you on Adamo - this is the third time customer service was awful / 2 times we had to get a manager involved in order to get something resolved. We buy new cars and they are not out of warranty More
