3 rd time car buyer because Hyundai in Brandon has always been good to me. The service has really went down hill! 😑You’d think that would mean something, but no!!! They made me wait hours for my tires to get changed, charged me for an alignment which is done anywhere else when I buy 4 new tires! They also tacted on a miscellaneous fee of $95 and couldn’t explain it. And they tried to tell me my battery just went out on them. I’ve never even had any issues with my battery. I spent $734.00 bucks and after the service and cost I can not see myself being a loyal Hyundai customer after this. They running scams on people up there at BRANDON Hyundai! More
