This was my first service since purchasing my car from this dealership. I made an appointment online. When I arrived they did not see my appointment and said they are not currently taking appointments. this dealership. I made an appointment online. It was nice that they did me in and Faten said she could get my car returned to me within 2 hours. I was happy that they beat that time. Faten was very friendly. I waited about an hour and a half. I however was extremely disappointed the next morning when I was leaving town that I had to spend 30 minutes trying to get air in my tires because all of my tires were 9 pounds low!! The even more irritating part is that I had to pay for the stupid nitrogen when I purchased my car from them!! I don't care if I have nitrogen but if you are going to charge me for it when I buy my car you should definitely make sure when I come in for service that you maintain the nitrogen. Now I'm not sure if I can trust that they will properly reinflate my tires with nitrogen. Also, inflating tires is such a simple task. Even I can put air in my tires and I know nothing about cars. If they make such a careless mistake here can I trust them with my other service needs. More
