They give you a Appointment time at 12 pm and then state it will take 4 hours to do a oil change, and have you wait outside in the heat. Oil change appointment was at 200PM and I didn't leave until 630PM. The wait was too long and the price for an oil change is too much. Most dealerships will at least vaccume or provide some kind of extra until 630PM. The wait was too long and the price for an oil change is too much.
