Oil change appointment was at 200PM and I didn't leave until 630PM. The wait was too long and the price for an oil change is too much. Most dealerships will at least vaccume or provide some kind of extra until 630PM. The wait was too long and the price for an oil change is too much. When I would call to get an update on my repair no one called me back. I even was told by the receptionist after 3 calls on 3 separate days he would escalate to a manager and still no call back.
