It took 5hrs plus for an oil change. They mixed my car for another car, had to wait for another inspection. My previous experience were a little long but tolerable. The person helping me was very nice. It was a 7 hour wait to get my car fixed. I also had other issues with my car and was told if I wanted them fixed I would have to pay a separate diag It was a 7 hour wait to get my car fixed. I also had other issues with my car and was told if I wanted them fixed I would have to pay a separate diagnostic fee of 170$ for each issue instead of one diagnostic for the whole car/visit. I wouldn’t know how much was covered under warranty until they were done leaving me with at least a 300$ bill. Was very disappointed by this. Was also encourage multiple times to not wait after I had explained I didn’t have a ride or way to leave. This happened about 5 time and was questioned why I couldn’t get a friend to pick me up at 10am on a work day. They also said my car would probably not be ready until the next day and when explained I needed it for work was told to get a ride with a friend. I was offered the curtesy shuttle to her food since I’d been there all day with no way to get food, only to be told it was unavailable because the shuttle didn’t have time for me. I instead took a 10 minute walk to get food. The person from the service very nice but overall it was not a good 7 hour experience and I am questioning if it’s worth it to bring my car back for any service in the future. More
