I go here because it's the closest dealership to my house, but it's a hit or miss. Last time I went they left black handprints and shoe marks all over my beige interior. Amount other issues. Purchased a brand new car that had a screw in tire at time of purchase. Service center plugged the tire but told me they’d patched it. I wasn’t very happy with the tire being repaired instead of being replaced (on a brand new car) and was even more frustrated when the service folks weren’t honest with me. Dealership made everything right and gave me a new tire, but I do not feel as though I can trust the integrity of the service center now. Would not recommend the service center here (it’s close to home for me so the convenience factor of that is hard to ignore). The entire dealership is under construction - your car will get very dusty and the interior filled with grit from the gravel parking lot (they did not clean/vacuum my car). The waiting area is a camping trailer, which is something with air conditioning but not ideal. If you can take your car to a different Hyundai dealership for service I would recommend doing so Our sales experience at this dealership was very good. The salesman, sales manager, and finance manager were all great to work with and if it hadn’t been for them I do t know that my issue with the tire would’ve been resolved so quickly. Would recommend purchasing from this dealership again More
They messed up a simple oil change on my brand new vehicle resulting in me breaking down and to have to wait multiple hours for a tow. They never offered any wat of compensation for my lost time as well as possible damages to my brand new vehicle, very unprofessional demeanor here, I don’t know who particularly is to blame. More

The confusion caused by the ongoing construction could be overlooked if it wasn’t in addition to the comedy of errors you guys call a service dept. I purchase my brand new vehicle last year and my oil change was free so I’m not a customer that was hit with a big bill or looking for a discount. My oil change should have been very straightforward instead I had to chase down my advisor after not hearing anything for 3hrs. The system that does the video inspection was down as was the car wash. The manager gave me $25 in gas but the gas card didn’t work so the worker had to drive back from the gas station to get the right card. Even when trying to make it better they still dropped the ball. Someone needs to spend a couple of hours observing the Charlie Foxtrot in service, there were a lot of unhappy customers in there. More
