The confusion caused by the ongoing construction could be overlooked if it wasn’t in addition to the comedy of errors you guys call a service dept. I purchase my brand new vehicle last year and my oil change was free so I’m not a customer that was hit with a big bill or looking for a discount. My oil change should have been very straightforward instead I had to chase down my advisor after not hearing anything for 3hrs. The system that does the video inspection was down as was the car wash. The manager gave me $25 in gas but the gas card didn’t work so the worker had to drive back from the gas station to get the right card. Even when trying to make it better they still dropped the ball. Someone needs to spend a couple of hours observing the Charlie Foxtrot in service, there were a lot of unhappy customers in there. More

Don’t come here and pay a dealership premium. Couldn’t even fix a wheel correctly. Blinker they installed is more dim than a sex room. I have been to this location twice, both times my paper work was lost.I came in to get my tire patched waited for over 3 hours to get my tire patched and for them to get their paperwork together.
