I have taken in my car 2 times now for my AC not blowing cold. They ran the same test both times and couldn’t find a leak. First time they said bring it back if I have issues. 2nd time the said they’re orde cold. They ran the same test both times and couldn’t find a leak. First time they said bring it back if I have issues. 2nd time the said they’re ordering a part to do the same test with a different dye. Held my car all day with no fix again. Sent me home without cold AC in the Florida summer heat in a thunderstorm so no option of rolling down my windows. Told me that the part would come in 9-10 business days. So i am expected to drive my car to and from work, with my 3 kids to do things and take my fiancé to doctors appointments without AC in the brutal Florida heat? I can’t understand how Hyundai couldn’t fix this problem immediately! I am very upset that they didn’t try to offer me a loaner car with AC while waiting for this part to test my AC for a 3rd time! I am very upset about this, I’ve wasted a day of PTO without anything getting accomplished. My next vehicle will definitely not come from Hyundai and I will spread the word about this silly customer service that has been provided to me. More

I was ripped off with having to pay 214. 00 dollars for a diagnostic test . Was told I needed a new engine that was gonna cost 17,000. I took my car from there without any work being done . Auto one did a free diagnostic test and said it is the sensor . What tucking school did these mechanics go to? I calling corporate office and reporting this thing they have going on here at Hyundai dealership in Brandon Florida . So this doesn’t happen to another customer . I purchased my Tucson from Nikki in February of 2020. I’ve had no problems with my car except for the recall. Delbert in the service department was very professional & easy to communicate with.
