Good people and will do a good job on a vehicle in the service center. I was a little taken back by the fact that they didn’t address my wireless charger even when I showed them it was not working and sim service center. The communication at this service center is terrible. I had to call about 4 different times to get answers and finally get an appointment a month later. I had scheduled a maintenance appointment a week prior. The clerk taking my information over the phone seem more interested on something else than scheduling appointments. It was no surprise to me when the advisor told me my name and my car were not on the schedule list for anything. I had a long waiting time approx 3 hrs. I told the advisor the windshield washer fluid was indicating low, I was told they would take of that, but never happened. My advisor was very accommodating but the office in general lack professionalism. Would not recommend. More
