When I first arrived to the dealer, I was quite confused, no idea where to go for the service. I understand construction is going on but someone should at least could’ve direct me where to go. I then parked no idea where to go for the service. I understand construction is going on but someone should at least could’ve direct me where to go. I then parked but nobody offer to help. I waited for about 15 minutes, I went into an office where I saw few employees chatting. At that point still nobody offer to help me. After almost half hour while sitting outside, a nice employee came out and asked if I needed help, I said yes and then he took care of everything. After service was completed they just parked the car outside and I was not even given a receipt. For the service done. This has been one of the worse experiences ever experience at a dealer when it comes to servicing your vehicle. More

Good people and will do a good job on a vehicle in the service center. I was a little taken back by the fact that they didn’t address my wireless charger even when I showed them it was not working and sim service center. I was a little taken back by the fact that they didn’t address my wireless charger even when I showed them it was not working and simply said that I need to make sure I have my case off, car on, door shut, and have a wireless capable phone.
