I had scheduled a maintenance appointment a week prior. The clerk taking my information over the phone seem more interested on something else than scheduling appointments. It was no surprise to me when the advisor told me my name and my car were not on the schedule list for anything. I had a long waiting time approx 3 hrs. I told the advisor the windshield washer fluid was indicating low, I was told they would take of that, but never happened. My advisor was very accommodating but the office in general lack professionalism. Would not recommend. More

The communication at this service center is terrible. I had to call about 4 different times to get answers and finally get an appointment a month later. There is a different Hyundai dealership much closer; however, after frequenting both, I will never not make the drive to Brandon Hyundai. It was seamless, but the next time I needed service I figured I would make an appointment at the closer dealership. What. A. Nightmare. I was at that dealership for close to four hours and they recommended close to $300 worth of service on my year and a half old car. When I pulled up to Brandon, I thought that the reason it was so seamless was because I had come on a weekday. The construction made me nervous and there was a tow truck. I thought I would be in for another four hour day, but I could not have been more wrong. Despite the chaos, the team got me out of there in just over an hour. I don't see any of their pictures, but there was a woman in a yellow shirt with dirty blonde hair in a bun who was super friendly and helpful with the cluster and the service advisor (invoice has it listed as a Joe) with facial hair and glasses in a blue shirt was super friendly and not only ACTUALLY showed me to my car (something when asked by an older lady at the other dealership the person was SUPER rude about) but he actually took the floor mat and plastic they put over the seat! A DREAM of a dealership even during the chaos of the construction. More

Service area is under construction, making for a lot of chaos in the service area. My car was towed in. They didn't log it in properly and it took them two days to find it! After I contacted the service manager they fixed my car quickly under warranty. So, I'd wait to go back until construction is complete and operations return to normal. More
