The person who was handling my car named Mark was horrible. Jacin the manager had to take over for my car. My car was at the dealer for 5 and half weeks for just a mirror. Brought my car in the first time for repairs on April 23, 2022. Was finally fixed the 3rd time I brought it in on June 6, 2022. Then, when I got my car back, come to find out there were things stolen out of 2022. Was finally fixed the 3rd time I brought it in on June 6, 2022. Finally, I found somebody who was telling me that I was signed up to get a shuttle ride home at the time I dropped off my car. However, when the shuttle driver was called, he said he had just left with another customer and it would be at least a half an hour, which turned into 45 minutes, before he got back. Fortunately, the service was quick and I only had to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes after the shuttle driver arrived back to get my car. It would’ve been a waste of time to take the shuttle home and turn right around to come back and get my car when I could wait an additional 15 minutes and not have to take the courtesy ride. More

I am truly disappointed. I had to wait a few weeks to calm down before writing this review. Hope this lets me attach pictures. I got an oil change and was told my complimentary oil change had a schedule and that I had been getting too much. Guy said I am not due til 22k miles which is very far away since I work from home but he says, I'm gonna do it now because I don't want you to go so long without one. Impressed was my first thought. As we drove some places after picking up the car, I started to smell gas. I thought it was maybe because I just passed by a car shop and that maybe that's where the smell is coming from. But when we pulled up to my boyfriend's house, he kept saying how weird my car sounded. As he opened my hood, he discovered the lock to my oil thing was never put back in place and was stick by the opening of the hood somehow and I had oil splats ALL OVER. My boyfriend cleaned it immediately but we know that oil change was pointless since it's probably spilled all over the place. I will never go back for services at this location. I'm not too familiar with cars so godforbid what harm you guys could have caused me had someone else not bring it up to my attention.. More
