In April of 2024 we brought the vehicle in for an issue with the tire losing air randomly. Was told there was no issue. This time we brought it in and after sitting in the dealership for two hours, I was told that nothing could be found wrong, I told the service advisor that the rim was replaced in December. 45 minutes later he comes back and says that the rim is bent. Told it'll take 2-3 days for the rim to be ordered and replaced. Call back 3 days later only to be told that the warranty company told the dealership that the rim had to be repaired not replaced. I was instructed to call the warranty company and "give em xxxx" to try and get the rim replaced. Did that to no avail. I was then instructed to call rim repair shops to see if they worked with the warranty company. After calling 14 different local shops of which none worked with the warranty company, I called the dealership back and eventually brought the rim in for repair. After missing the 2-3 day window I was quoted, the rim was finally ready to be put back on the vehicle. Unfortunately due to a high risk pregnancy my wife and I are going through, I was unable to bring the vehicle in the same day the rim made it back to the dealership. I inquired the next day on bringing it in. I was told by both my service manager and service advisor that an appointment was not needed and I'd be in and out as the only thing that needed to be done was the tire being placed back on the vehicle. I spoke with a gentleman who told me to bring it in and they'd get it on. Two and a half hours later they finally got it done. What was originally quoted as 2-3 days turned into over two weeks to get the issue fixed. I have so many other stressful things going on in my life and this dealership treated me as if my business meant nothing to them. More
