It is very difficult to reach an advisor. We had recalls done and a service. When we picked up the car there was a broken battery terminal cap on the front seat and they left the terminal unp We had recalls done and a service. Scheduled my drop off appt for 11:10 and didn’t leave the dealership until 12:00.
